BCD536HP Department Scan Not Working

I hope this is quick and easy for someone.

I create my FL, and when I do, all the "Site"'s scan fine. But anything labeled "Department" does not.

I am probably missing something small (I hope).

Might help if we knew what agency you are trying to program, and county. I assume you are using Sentinel to download to scanner, which should automatically create the site & dept, or are you trying to create a favorite's list?

Yep. All done through Sentinal.

Trying to add Midland, Bay and Saginaw County (Michigan) departments to a FL. I select Midland County and it scans. If I go to Statewide level and select Michigan Public Satety and select the Departments, it scans nothing. Location is off, no QKs used. But if I select a site in Michigan Public Satety (Midland for instance) it scans them. But nothing is on those.

Was just going it was a setting
