Bcd536HP p25 help

Hello there, I recently got the Bcd536HP and I am needing a little bit of help setting it up correctly. My local rcmp uses p25 encription, I am able to pick their signal up strong but when anything is transmitted I hear very little of what's said almost like a distortion sound I am able to hear other transmissions from different agencies clear its just the p25 I'm having an problem with any help would be appreciated thank you

You will not be able to listen to encryption, that is what encryption is, a privacy mode.
