bcd536hp stuck on site hold... help!

trying to manually scroll to a preferred system and I landed on a system that I have previously avoided and now I cant get out of that department, for the past hour, I've tried everything on the unit, deleting the department, restarting it, even reloading the database.
Any tips?

saw that as well, thank you. I've read marks manual and the original to see if anything got lost in translation, but every one of those was tried, i even went so far as to try every variation up to 10 seconds in case I was truly being a Hard R Tard about it. After another hour, eventually it relented, and i heard montgomery county p16, what a drag, it sat there and nothing i did would get me out of it. The buttons would work, the fields on the screen would even highlight as per the graphic above, whatever.
I can always watch the mayhem on tv instead have a nice day
