ordered it from Amazon, they have a covid disclaimer up. Says, "be here Tuesday".
Placed another order yesterday, for a micro cd card reader, it'll be here tomorrow......jeez, lol

Maybe the fulfillment center closest to you was out of stock, and it's shipping from farther away. But, if the item is out of stock on the day you ordered, but some stock is due in x number of days, you get an extended date when it should be delivered, but the item's page has a small disclaimer on the right side that "in stock on (specified date)". That's not real prominent, and could be missed.

I've had that happen with Amazon packages before...
Final delivery is probably USPS... The tracking number doesn't tell you squat until they have it...

Log into your account and select tracking on the order...
Then on the vertical tracking bar click on details... More info there on the packages movement before USPS gets it...

Received the new card today. Formatted it, installed in the scanner. Cleared user data, and wrote to the scanner, Calfire, with airplan included.
Looking at manage favorites on the scanner, CAKFIRE, AIRPLAN, PUBLIC SAFETY are listed but won't open any farther to show the channels.. Looking at the info: there isn't enough data in there. When trying to scan from favorites list, it says nothing to scan....
Not getting the "file too large" any longer. Tells me the original sd card is bad.
Closer, still no cigar....

After you used "Clear User Data" to set up the new card, did you then "write to scanner" to send the Favorites lists to it? Those are not automatically loaded when using "Clear User Data".

Are you seeing those lists under the "Select Lists to Monitor menu? If so, then you should be able to edit or view them.
Start by choosing the Manage Favorites option on the main menu screen (the first screen you see when pressing the Menu key).
On the next screen, labeled Select Favorites, you'll see the lists that have been loaded to the scanner.
Select the list you want to review.
On the next screen, the first option, Review/Edit System, lets you check what has been loaded in that list.

"Nothing to Scan" often appears when one or more of the following are either not set, or not set correctly.
Be sure that the correct service types are enabled.
If you are using location control, make sure that your correct location, and desired range, has been set.
Also, if using location on a specific favorites list, be sure that all the systems in the list(s) have location information in place. If you appended from the main database, the location information will carry to the list. But if you created a system manually, not appending, then you must enter location details for the departments and sites, If you leave them blank, the scanner will treat them as out of range.
Make sure that lists and systems you want to hear are not set to Avoid.

Still say you need to export and zip your Favorites List and post it. That way we can see what is going on. With several sets of eyes, probably won't take too long to discern the problem.

I would like to thank the forum for the good help with all this.
Here's another attempt at shipping an HPE file.
The scanner is working much better with the new sc card (SanDisk Ultra 32GB). D/L's faster too.
No problem with the 536 seeing it.
Haven't gotten it to scan FL tho.
Still having trouble understanding the FL keys. That is probably covered somewhere.
I'm still reading the manual over and over.

Looks as though your air plan has quick keys set. I'd suggest enable them in the scanner, or edit the file to remove the quick key assignments.

A lot has been written on Quick Keys. If you search this forum you should see numerous posts.

Everything has been assigned Quick Key 1 (Favorite, System and Department). Until you feel more comfortable with them, setting them to blank might be your best bet.

I got your HPE file to download. If it was me, I'd delete it and start it from scratch, particularly since you get the error message. There has to be something hidden in it to trigger the message. There is not a lot of data there, so something is wrong for sure. It looks like something created by hand or from scratch rather than via Sentinel.

When you do create the new Favorites List, be sure to edit the profile and confirm Monitor and Download are both set to On.
