Just received the BCD536HP yesterday and works great. I loaded a favorite list and was wondering how I go about selecting just one of the sites or departments out of the list through the keypad like I would do on my BCT15X without using the hold key

Have you set up Favorite List Quick Keys (FLQKs), System Quick Keys (SQKs) and Department Quick Keys (DQKs)? The discussion starts on Page 34 of the Uniden BCD536HP Owner's Manual. More information can be found in the following document:
