BCD992P2 and Freescan

I am using Freescan to program my scanner, downloading directly from RR database. I would like to change the wording on the second line on my screen from Scan ID Search to either nothing or Scan. Is this possible and if so how would I do it?

Nope I don't think that can be changed. The welcome screen can, but not these operational messages

Cant be done because it is hard coded into the firmware of the scanner.
