Thanks for the reply and noticing that I need to proofread my posts.......including the title. In my defense the C is next to the X on the keyboard.

The latest firmware version for BCD996XT is 1.07.03. If you download Uniden BC_VUP_V3, you can check and download the latest versions for the XT and P2 scanners.
