BCD996P2 DMR

Trying to program a 996P2, I have the conventional loaded but DMR did not load. I have the driver file from Uniden and cannot find it. Will I need to download earlier software then load the latest software? Running Windows 10, but it never sees the Radio to use. Thanks

Did you purchase the DMR upgrade from Uniden?

Yes Sir I did, and it's loaded, or at least the scanner says it's upgraded. I got the upgrade from Scannermaster??

Did you download the serial to USB driver here?

I did both, scanner is up to date, using ARC XT software

Ok have you programmed this scanner with this software before?
Did you plug into the same USB port as the last time it worked?
With the scanner connected look in WINDOWS DEVICE MANAGER at PORTS and see what UNIDEN SERIAL PORT is listed.
