Anyone have a system file that I could use to reference? I'm looking to get as many law enforcement agencies as possible in Pinal, Gila and Maricopa. I work with a funeral escort company and we ran into a protest and literally thought we were cops and they threw bricks at us. If anyone is willing to program for $$$ please PM me. I also have BCT15X split. Just a huge safety concern that hopefully I can resolve. Thank you.

Why not use any of the software things to do it for you? I have a BCD996P2, used Freescan to program it. Freescan can import whatever sites, groups or anything you want from radio reference. It does all the work for you. There are other programs out there as well. I don't know what scanner you have- so I can't recommend a specific type of software.
