BCD325P2/BCD996P2: BCD996P2 not picking up digital county fire - not encrypted

I have a BCD996P2 & can’t get my local County Fire dispatch to work. This specific talk group is not encrypted, I have imported all channels correctly but still nothing. The info is below of the talk group I have been trying to get to work. We are in Washington County so definitely in range. Any help or assistance is appreciated.

Why do you claim this is not encrypted? The mode value you show lists "De" which means partially encrypted.

EDIT: I see this comment so as of 5 months ago you were probably correct.
8/5/24 - 30591 County Fire appears to be in the clear.

The D means digital the lower case e means partially encrypted. If you click on the heading on that column a pop up will list for you what each letter designates.

I am guessing you are talking about TACN in Tennessee from your location in your profile. I have not looked to much as I am at work. But it could be a simulcast problem.

Did you try all 3 sites in Washington County on the TACN trunked system?
