BCD325P2/BCD996P2: bcd996p2 nxdn upgrade.

Does anyone have info how to install the nxdn upgrade to the bcd996p2? I have purchased the key number and just can't seem to find how to upggrade on the scanner. I have pro scan but still can not seem to enter it into the scanner. when i go to enter the digits it merely says "incorrect enter press any key" very frustrating. any help is appreciated. thanks.

Press MENU > Scroll to Settings > Press E > Scroll to Upgrade > Press E > Scroll to NXDN > Press E.> Use scroll knob to select all numbers, letters, and hyphens.

Thanks for the reply...I can get to the place you speak of but dont know what to input as for the digits...do i put the registration key or what. it says "input 1st part".....
