If it is ARC XT, yes. Other versions of ARC, no.

Take a look at ProScan https://www.proscan.org/

I think its the best. I run a serial to USB cable from the back of the scanner so there is cable getting in the way on the front and it gives me total control .

Freescan does not let you do DMR.
Butel and DMR yes
Proscan and DMR yes and with Proscan you get a lot more options than the Butel software.

My vote as well. If you EVER plan to use DMR or Provoice get it now and learn it.

Freescan is great and zero learning curve, but no DMR - plus if you DO change to Proscan later you need to un-learn several aspects.
