BCD996P2 startup screen

Is there any way to have a BCD996P2 power up into the screen that shows the P25 threshold and voltage levels? Each time my scanner starts up it's on the screen with the group/system quick keys and I have to press the fuction knob and then press the volume knob to change the screen.
