Just bought this scanner and programmed it the same way I did my other one. I live in Bollinger county mo and I get everything around except boco sheriff and my local fire dept they sound encrypted any help is appreciated

For the Boco SO. from what I have they are still on Conventional Freqs

Just out of curiosity, what is your squelch set at? It could be too low, and you are just receiving static.

How do I program them I tried everything and when it does come in sounds encrypted

Then I would say they are encrypted but I am not in range to check it.
