I have a Uniden BCD996P2 programmed for the Metro Zone & have, in the past, permanently locked out talk group 21, RISP North Zone. I've gone back in threw the scanner's system to unlock this TG but I cannot find the TG. How can this be? I don't want to go threw re-entering the zone freqs.

did you try, when scanning the system, hit hold, type in 21, hit hold again and look to see if it is locked out ?

Have you tried entering the TGID via channel hold while scanning the system? You sure you didn't accidentally delete the talkgroup?
