BCD996T HELP??? Can't program this thing!

Anyone know anything about how to program the new Uniden BCD996T scanner, PLEASE HELP. It is nothing like my old one. Can't get anything to download from my computer onto the scanner. Thanks, Riverside-California.

Confirm this checklist:

1)Software such as ARC or UASD
2)Programming cable

Then, determine what com port the cable is using. Either change the setting in the software to that com port, or tell the software to find your scanner automatically. Make sure the scanner is turned on and connected to the cable.
