I have a bcd996t scanner are there any firmware updates from uniden for this scanner and if so how can I get it? thankyou!

ok I did that and they gave me some kind of software key but I dont know what to do next,today I just bought an adapter so I could connect scanner to computah now Im trying to figure this thing out...
