I have programed all of the sites for the Louisiana State System in the system editor database. I saved it as "LA STATE". After saving and closing. I later came back opened the file all sites were still listed. Did not make any changes to the file again closed it. The next time I opened the same file all of the sites that was previouly listed were gone. I saved it prior, did not do any deleting before hand. The file name "LA STATE" was still in the list. I checked other preloaded systems in the database and all of the sites were still listed. What caused this to be lost. I do not understand how it was there opening it a couple of times then all of a sudden they were missing. I sure do hate to go back a program them all over again.

Where at on the hard drive. I am in program files, directories of Uniden,BCD996T_UASD. I see several files but do not know which one to open with notepad. When I open the file name "UASD_sys_edit.exe" it just opens the UASD system editor and there in the list is LA STATE but again same thing, No sites listed.

Look for this: C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR_LOGIN_ID]\My Documents\UASD_DataBase

Or do a sesrch for *.usd and find that Directory

Scott has it right. Any file that ends in USD should be your UASD data files, and they are generally just text-based, comma-separated-values files if I recall properly (this time).

Thanks for straightening me out, STiMULi - must be distracted what with picking up my new WRX in the morning. :)

Now it is time to change that Avatar! :)

Did you like the install info (answer on a PM so we do not hijack)? :)

Run the UASD. Go to System Editor/Setup (on the menu)/Options. The files location is in System Data Base Folder. You'll have to put the cursor into the box and scroll right to read the whole thing, but it's probably C:\Documents and Settings\<your name>\My Documents\UASD996_DataBase\BCD996T\UASD_systems. The file you want in that folder is LA STATE.usd.
