bcd996xt fire tones warren county, ky

Hello everyone,
Greetings from 7 inches of snow in Bowling Green. I just got a new scanner and i am keepingmy old one too. I was wondering if anyone has the fire tones for my area (warren county)and if someone could please tell me how to get them in the scanner. I have been using a couple of different software programs. I don't think any are as easy as win 96.
