I just programmed my scanner with the freescan software and put in all the GPS coordinates, but it didn't work like I had hoped. Trunked systems were locking and unlocking like they were supposed to, when driving around, but I never heard anything from some fairly busy systems. Conventional did not lock or unlock at all. Any ideas?

Check to make sure those are programmed via group rather then by system.
