BCD996XT Mobile Antenna

I recently got my BCD996XT installed in my car and am using an old VHF/UHF antenna with it. I am looking for a new magnetic antenna and in need of suggestions. I predominantly scan VHF, UHF, and the 800 Ohio MARCS system. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

This is what I use and it works great on VHF/UHF and 800. Plus they are easily found at most radio shops.

This is an antenna used by many folks around here; works well, and NMO mounts are easy to get (including mag mounts, although I'd never recommend them for a permanent installation)

I purchased this as a HAM antenna but use it for MARCS, VHF, UHF, and air. Works great and is low profile.

The Larsen tri-band antenna sounds right for what you listen to.

I make a living off scanner reception.....I have found using Motorola's and RSSI that a 1/4 wave VHF whip is the best antenna for wideband scanning. I prefer a black one so it is less visable.
