BCD996XT- P25 Status Screen

I just got my radio last week, and agree that the manual is a very poor specimen. After playing around and unable to get an answer from the manual, can anyone advise what, exactly, is purpose of the three numbers at bottom of P25 status screen- mine say: T 1.42 1.62 1.82 and they fluctuate slightly +/- by one or two (1.42 - 1.44, etc). I assume it is some indication of signal quality and perhaps there is a way to fine tune these? If these are signal quality indictors, do my values look good?

Thanks for the info- so what does the threshold voltage really mean, why 3 values, can I adjust them, should I, and if so, how?
