I had problems with my scanner and reset it to factory. I had at one time a file I just had to upload to it but am unable to find it. Anyone have a file for the northern Panhandle of WV? Instructions on how to load same?

I haven't programmed it in a few years. I uploaded a file someone sent me and ran a program to load to my scanner. not sure what program .

i sent some basic manual steps to get started.

Got it programmed but have no reception on uhf. Any ideas. This is the problem that prompted me to reprogram. Antenna is the same. It just quit receiving anything under 800 one day.

And you're certain that said UHF channel(s) is(are) still active? Can you specify where in the database said channel(s) exist(s)?

Yes they are still active. Unless they changed the statewide channels.
