BCD996XT - programming for Nashua, NH reband Motorola System

I recently purchased a BCD996XT and I am having trouble programming it to receive Nashua, NH rebanded Motorola Digital system. I know I can get the system as I can get them on my PSR-500. Any tips or suggestions?

Did you enter the rebanded band plan.

I am using FreeScan to program the radio, I have selected Motorola Reband and I have entered the control channels under the frequencies.

Under the Site Setup Tab you checked MOT Custom Reband and the 2 plans are entered there, and Control Channel Only is checked.
