BCD996xt & SAFE-T

Hello, all...

I have a new bcd996xt in my vehicle. I downloaded and programmed then entire state (all of the sites) SAFE-T system into the scanner. It is not scanning anything. I assured the gps was configured correctly, the control channel only was selected. I am using ARC-XT (which I think sucks, IMO) and downloaded directly from the RR import feature. I've seen some threads about the apco plan? What am I doing wrong?

Well, first things first. Disable the GPS and get the scanner working without it first. Once your up and working properly w/out GPS, then add GPS and see what happens. As far as I know the database is up-to-date. Your correct, ARC is garbage.
