BCDx36HP Sentinel bug?

I'm using Sentinel v1.02.01 (the latest from what I can tell) on a Windows 8.1 machine. I am trying to change the audio option on some of my favorite lists. When I change the audio option and click OK the title bar doesn't changed to "Favorites List Editor (updated)" like it should. If I close the favorites list editor I don't get prompted to save my changes. If I go to file-save before I close the editor my changes are not saved. I found a workaround, if I change the attenuator setting and then click on another line I get the "Favorites List Editor (updated)" title in the title bar, I then change my attenuator setting back to what it was and I can then save my audio option changes.
