BCT-15 Pre-programmed systems problem

I bought a BCT-15 a while back but just recently got around to posting this. It came with the factory programming from Uniden. I loaded it with my own programming set up using BcTool and also deleted the Factory setup first. But I noticed that I cant get rid of the Alabama system. It doesnt come up in BcTool and when I go into to Program System menu on the scanner, the Alabama system is not on the list. There is a few Alabama sites, I can lock out all except for the first one. When I try to lockout or even "temporary lockout" I just get the error tone. Any ideas? anyone else have this problem? I dont know if this makes sense to everyone, let me know if you would like me to clarify.

I think that is the Beartracker system. Press the Squelch knob and select Ontario or something else, or try turning off the beartracker features
