BCT-15 Programming Help

Does anyone have a simple set of instructions on how to program the scanner using ARC 15 Basis Software ?

The instructions that came with the SW are mostly for Trunking,I am using only conventional frequencies.

Acessing saved data from a fresh start is also needed.

Before you understand how to use software - any software -to program these DMA radios, you need to understand how DMA works in the first place. There isn't a user guide that I know of for ARC15 (basic or pro), but there is an Easier to Read manual for the BCT15 which would be the best place to start.
