BCT-15 Update 1.06.00

Merry Christmas belated Christmas to all my Radio Friends.
I updated my BCT-15 to the latest firmware 1.06.00 lastnight and all went fine. I was able to verify in the radio that it has this latest version and all is ok. Do you guy's know of any one using the new 800 Mhz bandplan as of yet or how long it will take to switch? Just curious.

There is at least one system in Arkansas and one in California, plus a number of sites on the Utah statewide system that use the rebanded band plan. Maybe others that I am unaware of.

El Paso is likely still years away from any change (if any change will be needed at all). Since it in a border area, its move is still pending an international agreement with Mexico for use of different "splinter" area frequencies.
