BCT 15 VS RS Pro 163

Hello all I need some help very quickly.

I am looking at buying either a Pr0 163 or a BCT15

Please let me know what you guys have seen on this pro 163.

Ahhh I would just go with the PSR-400 which is the same as the Rat-shack 163 but I like it better because it has the GRE logo and it get updates faster rather then going through the lame old RS crap. The PSR-400 is the same radio as the 163 and is actually cheaper. I would order it brand new from HRO for 199.99 and save on shipping for there are no shipping charges on purchases amde over $100.00 Just my 2 sense...
