I was playing around with my 396t and now i notice it misses the first second of a transmission when put beside another scanner.for example i have the 396t beside my base scanner on the same channel and when they say "10-4".on my base i can hear the full "10-4".on my 396t all i hear is the "4" of the transmission.i remember this happening but i cannot remember what setting i used to fix it.any info would be great.thanks.
