BCT-8/BC785D FNG QUESTIONS

I'm new to scanning as well as this forum:

I'm having difficulty programing any Trunked Bank info other than "Bank 1" into my BCT-8 from my laptop when using the software provided by Uniden.

No problems w/ the first bank- I just can't seem to figue out how to program banks two thru five with the software. What am I doing wrong?

Also: I recently ordered a BC785D in the hopes of monitoring FFX CO, ALEX city and ARL CO- any input on this? I primarily monitor VSP as I service and repair most of the motorcycles for Division 7.

Well, i am not from your neck of the woods, and i can only reply to the BCT8 question...the software that comes with the scanner will only program the first bank until you buy the license for the rest of them (about $40). you can do it online at the uniden site, i think.
