Is their a way to avoid all of the systems being 'on' after programming via software?

I have about 35 quick keys set and if I make a programming change via the Butel software once the BCT15 is ready to scan all of the groups are active and I have to turn off the ones I don't want manually. I typically run about 5 groups and its pretty annoying to turn off 30 of them after a programming change so its a bit of a drag...

Turn the systems off in the profile, save the profile, and then upload it to the radio.

Also if you have quick keys set, make sure you DON'T click the box marked "Upload system quick key status" or similar.

This sets all QK's to ON if I remember rightly.

Ahh...of course...its so clear now ;-)

If you disable 'Send system quickkey status' on the 'send data' screen it will not reactivate any quickkeys that are currently off on the scanner when you upload new data. If you overwrite current systems on the scanner (ie: do a 'send all') they will become active as well, so just send the new data and you can avoid turning off a bunch of quickkeys.

That's it, I couldn't remember the correct terminology and I couldn't load up ARC!5 to check.

It bugged me for ages until I worked it out - I don't have as many systems as you, but I have about 15 and until I figured it out it kept putting the SQK's to ON and it was ... yeah anoying to say the least.
