I am wondering if there is a way to test the PC to scanner control cable. Are there any loopback tests that can be performed on the scanner itself? The BCT15 is less than three months old and the cable was used very recently on two occasions before it mysteriously failed. As posted previously, I have gone through numerous tests thinking the computer may be at fault, this however is not the case.,
