Im trying to program a bct15 threw my computer useing the butel its doesn't seem to communicate with the scanner

10 Install latest drivers for the programming cable

2) make sure that the Comport showing in the software matches the the 1 Shown in Device manager

Also what software are you using?

Did you configure the ports on the scanner? I'm pretty sure the Easier to Read manual has information on this...Mike

On the program I went to auto detect and it tell me then it has no communication with the scanner I know with my bc8 I need to put it in remote not sure if the 15 has something like that

One reason that ARC15 can't auto detect the scanner might be that the scanner ports are not set up, as I wrote earlier. Did you read the Easier to Read manual? Like I mentioned, you need to configure the ports on the scanner before the PC will connect.
