im trying to find a store i could go to in person to purchase this scanner in the scranton/ wilkes barre area, if anyone can point me in the rite direction that would be great.

Welcome to RR. A simple Google search shows Sears and Radio Shack. They may not be as cheap as on line, however. A trusted source is Scan Master. Just click on the link at top right.

the problem is i need to pay cash for it so i have to go to a store to get it, and i know radioshack is web only on that scanner and i havnt found a sears with it in stock
