BCT15x out a whack?

Hi, Thanks in advance for any help you guys provide. I have Uniden trunk tracker III BCT15x. I think I might have pushed some of the wrong buttons and caused my unit to out of whack, so to speak. It wont hardly receive anymore. I don't if I locked out my groups or what. My Question is this. Is there any way to reset my unit to its original state it was right out of the box, so I could start over?

Depends if it was programmed by the dealer. If it was, a reset won't restore that info.

You might want to try reading it with software so you can see what is locked out.

You can also hold on a channel and press the L/O button for a few seconds and it will unlock all the channels.
