This is my equipment: BCT15X scanner with programming cable, Pro-Scan software, a premium subscription to RadioReference.
I'm sorry I can't find where to start. I'm looking to install a few groups from my county ( Florida, Polk county) this is what I'm looking for.
The Foresty from this county, The Air traffic, The Ham frequency, All analog frequency's from this county.
I've reset my scanner to factory. 2,9 hold, then power on. After that I don't know what to do next. Get the appropriate frequency's, what channel
they are going in etc.
I know the scanner will not do P25 phase 2
Thank you for all your help, I hope I haven't made myself to obnoxious. Thanks Dan H.

You can start by looking at your county's RRDB listings

Forestry looks to be mixed mode analog/P25 on the same frequency (the BCT15X won't track the latter) so you'll need to ensure the PL tone is programmed in so the scanner won't break squelch when a P25 transmission happens

I know the scanner will not do P25 phase 2
Nor conventional, nor Phase 1 trunked...

The Air traffic
What specific airport(s)? Here's what's in the RRDB for your county:

See also common aviation frequencies for the smaller, non-controlled airports (in use nationwide)

Pro-Scan software, a premium subscription to RadioReference.
Two wise investments IMHO. I'd suggest perusing the BCT15X's easier to read manual so you can familiarize yourself with the scanner's operations & also the Proscan user manual. Pages 23 & 24 describe how to import data from the RRDB into Proscan to be written to your scanner
