BCT15x programming

Has been years since I have had a scanner and purchased the uniden bct15x. I was able to download the file for my area Paducah ky and county. I don't have it set to the preset keys I saved the file and imported to the scanner. Thats about the extent ive gotten is there anyone wil to help me get it programed. Id like to broadcast live audio feed but going to take some time learning this scanner i see. thank you in advance
