What software are you using to record the scanner audio?
How do I get proscan to record tones that come across my bct15x when it's in the tone out search feature

Are you asking about logging the tones for the purpose of finding the Tone A & B frequency pairs? See if the Fire Tone-Out Logging tab works for you
Or are you asking about recording the audio?
Do you have ProScan communicating with the scanner?
Do you have an audio cable hooked up from the scanner to the sound card?
Is the Recorder in ProScan turned on?
Do you have the Record option set in the Fire Tone-Out grid like in the image below?
I haven't used the FTO in a long time so I will have to test it if needed.
