BCT8 Help

I have a BCT8 that I amtrying to program. I am trying to program OHP troop A and metro turnpikes. It is a type II system. The live OHP feed on this site is what I am trying to duplicate. I have the frequencies in,I have the groups in. What I am having problems with is getting it to scan just the id lists. It scans all of the frequencies entered on that bank. I have the manual and have tried it every way that it can be interpreted. Can somebody tell me where I am going wrong?

I think you have to hit either the SVC or the SRCH button. Of course make sure you have hit the trunk button..........Ray

Hit "PVT" and make sure "Trunk" is pressed as well.

Ok. Search button did the trick. That is not in the manual anywhere. Seems like I am not the first one to talk bad about the book. Thanks!
