Is it possible for me to program this model scanner with a pc cable? If so, can someone recommend software?

or Scan Control . Although it doesn't have the web import capability, it does have a copy/paste utility that works reasonably well, and it supports rebanding - something ARC8 (last I heard, anyway) does not (remember you need to apply the latest firmware for rebanding to work, regardless of what software you use)
