I have the RS PRO 2096. I programmed the control channels and the alternate control channels. Everything works fine except there is no sound. One of the alternate channels is 408.16250 which comes up digital in manual mode and the sound is okay. To monitor the Motorola VHF and UHF, I need the base frequency, the step and the offset. I have the base frequency of 407.96250 but I do not know what to put the step or the offset at. Do you have a formula to figure this out?

The base frequency you wrote, and the one in the database are not the same. Make sure you use the database info.

Also, did you mark the "Custom Table" under "MOT 3600 CC", as well as filling the table out? I'm too far away to verify the settings and make it work,
