Beale Pave PAWS off the air

I was using my spectrum analyzer today with a discone antenna and was surprised that
the Beale AFB 420 - 450 MHz FHSS radar was off the air.

Could it be budget problems or maybe a software upgrade?

If the radar returns, I'll post it.

Radar is back on

It's back on the air now. They were probably putting up Christmas
lights and had to turn off the radar for worker safety.
