Bearcat 145xl Questions

Well, I just found this one at a yard sale and I have a few questions about it.

Does anyone know where to find the manual for this scanner, and what kind of antenna jack does it use? Thanks

You may wind up paying more for the manual than the radio.
Are you just trying to program it or something more?
Chances are if you have specific questions one of the many knowledgable posters to these forums can assist.

ive figured out how to program it so the manual is no longer a problem. The only question I have is what kind of anteanna jack is on the back of this thing? thanks

Probably a motorola jack.
In the meantime you can just run a wire into the center connector of it and let it hang to get some signals.

I have one too, and there really isn't a manual, it's more like a folded up road map sort of affair.
If you just grab the little telescoping antenna and pull straight out it will slide right out. It has a "car antenna" sort of plug in for other antennas.
