Hello
My organization uses an old scanner called the bearcat 20/20. It is no longer functional and requires a replacement. I am entirely ignorant on these matters and would appreciate some guidance.

It is for an aviation use and needs no more functionality than the old scanner. With a small budget in mind, please recommend a useful replacement.
Thanks in advance
Shannon

fortis, You can find a good programable scanner that will cover the air band on Craigslist. Any scanner that covers the airband 118-136Mhz will work for you. I use a Regency 16 channel aircraft only programable ACT-T-720.I got my Regency off of E-bay.Please send me a pm and I will check to see what I have or you that will cover the airband.
