Bearcat 898T -- what will I miss in Seattle area?

Hi all. (First time poster here...) I'm considering buying a Bearcat 898T, but am wondering what I'd miss with the gaps in band coverage? Here's the specs on what it DOES cover:

25-54, 108-174, 216-512, 806-956

I haven't scanned since the early 90s so needless to say I'm a bit behind, though I've read up a ton.

Any info would be appreciated!

Bearcat 898T

I have 3 Bearcat Scanners. I have a 245xlt Handheld and a BC780xlt and
a BC898t. When i programed the 898t i did it the same way i programed my other scanners and it seems to work fine. So i dont think im missing anything. i programed it using this website. im adding the link and i hope it works for you.
