Just for the heck of it, in case anyone is interested, here are unidentified talkgroups I have found for the Beau Rivage TRS.
Any info regarding these or others that anybody wants to add is welcome :)

Geez I didn't know they had that many active talkgroups. I've stopped listening to them ever since I found the correct LCN's for harrison's biloxi tower hehe. Signal strenght is like 10 compared to a 2 or 3 on the gulfport tower. Anyhow I'm just curious about that signature you have, when did you hear that and on what frequency?

those are just a bunch that i have found in "search" mode on my bc250d, then saving the ones i came across new.

The traffic I came across was on 418.8250 MHz, which is labeled on numerous sites (including the RR Wiki site) as "DEA Channel 5", a supposed national channel.
It happened a good while back in the year. Dont listen to the fed freqs that often anymore. Might get back in it again though :)

Guess I should of asked where were you at the time, and were you using an external antenna or was it a handheld, was the comms simplex or repeater in nature...

I just assumed everything DEA/FBI was using encrypted but apparently not. heh. US CUSTOMS is using 169.4500 mhz on a repeater out of gulfport, i've been noticing some activity on it lately.

i was at my house in latimer, 2 miles north of I-10 exit 50. using my portable bc250d. they had to be using mobile-to-mobile simplex because the reception was unstable, going from good to bad, and back and forth like such.

Sorry to take this thread off topic like this... heh

uhh I was scanning around 418mhz and found a repeater in use at 418.95000 and a website informs me this is DEA strikeforce channel 6 repeater. I heard a male running a 10-29 check on a vehicle. The signal wasn't that great but it was strong enough to break my SQL. so... hmmm I wonder where these guys are located... I'm gonna have to dig a little more. But it was totally in the clear. Oh and I was on Pass Rd. near Keesler today when I heard it. received from a mobile radio with a vhf antenna.
