On May 18 sometime between 8 a.m and 10 p.m., 3 different brands and models of scanners that I operate on three different antenna systems stopped trunk-tracking this system. A quick telephone check with my police department contacts indicate no radio system work, maintenance, changes, were being done on that day.

Anybody got any ideas?? I suspect we have a change in control channels to a previously unsuspected, unpublished frequency.

Need some help here, please.

I had the same problem and after checking all the frequencies in the bank, I found that there was another control channel that was added in the system. This means that there were now two of them. When the scanner tried to scan for a control channel it found the new control channel first. The only thing is that the new one has no ID's coming across it. I suspect that it is the control channel that is going to be used when Jefferson County is added to Beaumont's trunking system. What I did is went through my frequencies and locked out the bad control channel for now. The frequency for it is 866.9875. If you do this then it should work again. Thanks
