Beaver County Emergency Service Digital Upgrade?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has info regarding the Beaver County upgrade to a digital system in 2023-2024.
I'm just planning ahead, as I have no digital scanner currently.
I'm planning on eventually getting an SDS100, but I'd really like a smaller form factor like a Unication pager. As far as unication goes, would a G2 work, or will I need to go with a G5? I have zero experience with digital systems, so forgive me if I sound like a moron.
Does anyone know if they proposed system will be encrypted? I hope not!

I imagine they'll be joining the ICORRS system, in which case they would probably follow the other counties in encrypting police channels but leaving everything else open

There is also speculation is that they will just transition existing channels to P25 Conventional.
